A Yes, we offer images on each collectable that we sell. The thumbnail images on CollectingCollectables web site are enlargeable to clear & larger images, and are part of the whole description of the collectable being offered. A Yes. If you are in the UK, and pay by UK bank cheque in Great British Pounds(GBP) sterling, and drawn against a London bank then this will be fine. We will hold any books on reserve for a maximum of 3 business days and wait for the ‘cleared date’ (which can be 9 business days from the date of submission) before despatching your order
Q I am concerned about receiving my order in the condition it was described. How does CollectingCollectables.com pack orders?
A Whether you are from the UK or overseas we pack in the same way. We use the highest
standard of materials to ensure that your order is received in the same condition
as it was sold. All collectables and memorabilia are carefully bubble wrapped (or
protected as appropriate to the collectable in question) and then placed in either
a purpose bought-
Q I am looking to get delivery of my order as soon as possible. How quickly can I expect CollectingCollectables.com to despatch my order?
A We at CollectingCollectables.com appreciate that our Clients wish to receive their
orders as quickly as possible (even though we must work to the courier’s terms and
conditions and are unable to guarantee delivery) we look to have your order turned
around and despatched very quickly -

A CollectingCollectables.com uses the UK’s Post Office (Royal Mail) as its preferred courier which we have experience of being reliable. And, we always use a trackback service. For UK inland deliveries we use the Royal Mail’s Recorded ‘Signed For’ service for orders valued upto £35.00; for inland orders in excess of £35.00 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is delivery next working day by 1pm (there is an additional charge to receive a delivery guaranteed for Saturday).
For international orders we use the Royal Mail Recorded ‘International Signed For’ service.

Q Does CollectingCollectables.com use any other form of courier?
A Yes. If you have a more valuable order, or wish to have the order delivered quicker then we would recommend that you use an express service such as DHL or Federal Express (FedEx). If you have an account with these courier companies then simply give us their account number and we will arrange for the order to be collected by them at no additional charge by us.
Q Are you able to provide a valuation of my collectable by email or over the telephone?
A No, regrettably this is not possible since a proper valuation requires the collectable to be in front of us so that we may identify such things as condition and other identifying features. However, we will be pleased to provide you with advice and guidance wherever possible

A We would certainly be interested in speaking with you about it. If you have a collectable that is similar to the type of collectables that we sell, and it meets our quality requirements then yes we would like to speak with you
Q What is the procedure to sell to CollectingCollectables.com?
A The procedure is relatively straightforward. All purchases are subject to inspection
by CollectingCollectables.com. Before we can agree to purchase your collectable
we will need to have it in front of us to view and confirm condition. Once satisfied
we will then issue payment via the agreed method. Should the collectable not meet
the description given during the initial communication prior to the collectable being
received then we will need to return the collectable back to you at your cost -

A Yes, CollectingCollectables.com has a strict policy on the protection and privacy of all your information that you provide to us. CollectingCollectables.com will not under any circumstances divulge or sell in anyway whatsoever your information onto any third party
